Please note: Reporting a bug may require that you are logged into PFManager as Account Administrator. Users may be able to report a bug if the Bug reporting and technical support tools setting is selected in the Preferences.
If you encounter a bug in our applications, you can report it directly through PFManager's built in bug reporting system. The bug reporting tool is accessed by clicking the Bugs button. The Bugs screen will show a list of your account's existing open and closed tickets. Tickets coloured in blue have unread messages.
To report a bug or reply to existing bug tickets through the integrated direct messenger, a The Pixel Farm application must have run on this computer first. When reporting a bug, it will be assumed that the bug relates to the last run product.
Fixing a bug is a two stage process. The first stage is reporting and verification of the bug, before it moves into the development pipeline for fixing. The reporting and verification stage of the bug will take place in PFManager. When opening the Bugs page, you will see a list of the previously reported bugs for your account. Bug Report Tickets that are still being verified by The Pixel Farm's engineers are listed as Open in the Status column, whereas bugs that have moved into the development pipeline are Closed in this list. Please note that a closed Bug Report ticket does not necessarily indicate that a fix is available in the application.
