Tech Support
The Pixel Farm's support teams will help you get up and running with The Pixel Farm's applications through technical support. Access to technical support expires 12 months after the last purchase or upgrade, and is exclusively provided directly through the tech support tool in PFBucket.
Technical support covers getting you up and running with your sofrware: for example installation and configuration issues, along with entitlement management. Please note that it does not cover training or instructions on how to perform a specific task in our applications.
If you require technical support, open the Tech support tab to create a new ticket. The Support screen will show a list of the existing open and closed tickets associated with your entitlement bucket. Tickets coloured in blue have unread messages.
