Requesting Tech Support Tickets
Click the + button next to Ticket ID to open a new tech support ticket. If you haven't previously done so, you will be asked to enter your name.
The Technical Support Request steps
Requesting technical support consists of four steps.
Title
The title should provide a brief description of the technical issue you are facing.
Examples
Good:
Cannot download latest version of PFTrack.
Bad:
Doesn't work.
Good:
Releasing PFClean entitlement has no effect.
Bad:
I am stuck.
Longer description
Here you can describe the technical issue in full detail. Please include
the action you tried to perform;
the steps you took to achieve the goal;
what you expected to happen;
and what did happen instead.
Include log file
Finally you will be asked whether PFBucket's log file should be included in the request. The log file often contains information that will help The Pixel Farm's support team to identify the technical issue.
If you would like to check the contents of the log file yourself, it is located in your Documents folder.
You may add other files to the ticket at a later date.
Submit
Finally you will get a brief summary of your request before being able to submit it to The Pixel Farm.
