Introduction
Welcome to the online documentation for PFTrack. This documentation describes the operation of PFTrack 22.01.13 and later.
This guide is split into separate sections for easy access. Each section is listed in the menu on the left.
Installation and setup
PFTrack is available as a stand-alone installer for Windows 10, macOS 10.13+ and Linux (Centos 7). On Linux, PFTrack requires the OpenSSL 1.1 libraries to communicate with The Pixel Farm's servers.
Using PFTrack requires an Entitlement Token. Please check the Licensing section for further information on how to setup your entitlements to use with PFTrack.
Context sensitive help
In addition to browsing for topics in this guide using the menu on the left, context-sensitive help is also available directly in PFTrack by clicking the next to each node editor. This will open a web browser and load the appropriate page of the online documentation.
Log file
PFTrack maintains a log file with useful information which can be examined in-app by clicking the Log Button in the toolbar. This file is also stored on disk, and can be found in your documents folder at:
/Users/USERNAME/Documents/The Pixel Farm/PFTrack/
Support and training
In-App User Support is available to commercial customers with software under support to assist with any operational issues with PFTrack.
Further support and training resources are also available at https://www.thepixelfarm.co.uk/support and https://www.thepixelfarm.co.uk/learn.
For licensing and administration support, please use the Admin Support tools available in the PFBucket Desktop App.
