Opening a help request
Note: As of March 27th 2023 this documentation is out of date and is no longer being maintained. Up-to-date documentation is now included in the PFTrack and PFClean software installers
1. Login to your PFAccount using your login credentials.
2. Once logged in, under the “support” tab, click “Request support”.
3. Once you have entered your name and message, click the button to send your message to the sales support team. Someone will respond to you via the email address associated with your PFAccount as soon as possible.
