Next Steps
Using the additional information and files you may have provided in the verification phase, The Pixel Farm's support team determines whether to enter the bug ticket into the development stage. When this decision is made, the ticket in the bug reporting tool will be closed.
Once the ticket is in the development stage, you will receive email notifications when the ticket passes certain milestones, as well as when a fix will be available.
Please note that the time it takes to fix a bug depends on many complex factors and we cannot guarantee a time when a fix will be available.
