Click the + button next to Ticket ID to report a bug and select the application you want to report the bug for. If you haven't done so previously, you will be asked to enter your name and email address. While the initial communication with The Pixel Farm's engineers will take place directly through the integrated direct messaging system, we use your email address to keep you updated on how the bug progresses through the development pipeline. Once your name and email address are known, you will be taken to the Bug Report form.
The Bug Reporting steps
The title should uniquely identify the bug you are reporting.
Adjusting clip length in Remaster crashes PFClean
Available Test Objects not stored in tree presets
Geometry should work
Severity of the bug
Select the impact this bug has. Available options are:
Function loss (no workaround): You cannot use a tool in the application without being negatively affected by the bug.
Function loss (with workaround): The bug negatively affects you in some instances, but there are ways to avoid it, e.g. by switching the order of processes. If this is the case, please include the workaround in the longer description of the bug.
Cosmetic problem: The bug does not prevent the operation of a feature, but some information or user interface element may not be displayed correctly (e.g. changing a value in one place does not automatically update the display of that value elsewhere.)
Here you can add additional information about the bug. Ideally this includes a series of steps that lead to the bug, and whether the bug happens every time these steps are followed. If the bug does not lead to the application crashing, please also include the result you expected, and the result you are getting.
PFClean crashes every time when I: 1. Open a Remaster node 2. Click Edit to switch to Edit timeline 3. Click on either of the yellow trim handles
Every time when I 1. Save a tree preset that includes a Test Object node 2. Recall that tree preset there are no objects in the available objects list. The available objects should be stored with the preset.
