Bug Reporting
Whilst we try to make sure that our software is released bug free, we can't always test against every combination of hardware. If you do find any bugs in our applications you can report them to us directly through PFBucket's Bug Reporting tab. The tab will show a list of existing open and closed tickets associated with the current bucket. Tickets coloured in blue have unread messages.
Fixing a bug is a two stage process. The first stage is reporting and verification of the bug, before it moves into the development pipeline for fixing. The reporting and verification stage of the bug will take place in PFBucket. When opening the Bugs page, you will see a list of the previously reported bugs for your account. Bug Report Tickets that are still being verified by The Pixel Farm's engineers are listed as Open in the Status column, whereas bugs that have moved into the development pipeline are Closed in this list.
Please note that a closed Bug Report ticket does not necessarily indicate that a fix is available in the application, only that the bug has been verified and passed over to the development pipeline for fixing.
