Main screen
The main screen lets you access all of PFManager's functionality.
1)
Login/Logout (Depending on your Preferences settings, accessing certain functions, such as managing entitlements, requires the PFACC account administrator to log into PFManager.
Upon first login after installing PFManager, the account administrator will be prompted to define which functions will be available without logging into PFManager.
Once logged in, the button will change to Logout. Please note that quitting PFManager will not automatically log you out of PFManager.

Exit (Quit PFManager.

Home (The Home button brings you back to the main screen and notifications.

Support (Request a tech support ticket. Technical support comprises of assistance to get an installed application working. See the Technical support chapter for more information.
This button will be disabled unless you have logged in (1) with your PFACC account number or the Bug reporting and technical support tools setting is check in the Preferences.

Bugs (Report a bug. See the Reporting bugs chapter for more information.
This button will be disabled unless you have logged in (1) with your PFACC account number or the Bug reporting and technical support tools setting is check in the Preferences.
Entitlements (6)
Assign, release or refresh your product entitlements. This button will be disabled unless you have logged in (1) with your PFACC account number or the Entitlement management setting is check in the Preferences.
Please note that administrator rights on your computer may be required to manage entitlements.
Preferences (7)
Access PFManager's preferences. This button will be disabled unless you have logged in (1) with your PFACC account number.

Help (Opens this guide in a web browser.

Notifications (The main screen displays the latest notifications from The Pixel Farm to ensure you keep up to date with new versions, service updates and other important developments. Notifications can be filtered to show only news about a product (e.g. PFClean) by clicking on the product name in a notification. Clear Filter (10) removes the filter and returns to showing all notifications. Read notifications can be removed by hovering the mouse over the message and clicking the x in the top right corner.

Expand/collapse (Expands and collapses the top area by hiding/showing the launch buttons (12) and versions dropdown (13).

Run application (Run the active version of the available product. The active version can be selected in the versions dropdown menu (12).

Manage versions (The versions dropdown menu can be used to select which version of a product to run when multiple versions of a product have been installed locally.
If the account administrator is logged into PFManager (1), or the Version management setting is checked in the preferences, available versions of a product can be installed (+) or removed (⛔) by clicking the relevant buttons.

Service availability (The line at the bottom displays whether PFManager can contact The Pixel Farm's online services it relies on for certain tasks. For more detailed information, check the Services page in our online Support Area
