Welcome to the online documentation for PFTrack. This documentation describes the operation of PFTrack 21.01.19 and later.
This guide is split into separate sections for easy access. Each section is listed in the menu on the left.
Installation and setup
PFTrack is available as a stand-alone installer for Windows 10, macOS 10.13+ and Linux (Centos 7.6+).
Using PFTrack requires an Entitlement Token. Please check the Entitlement Tokens section for further information on how to generate a token to use with PFTrack.
Context sensitive help
In addition to browsing for topics in this guide using the menu on the left, context-sensitive help is also available directly in PFTrack by clicking the next to each node editor. This will open a web browser and load the appropriate page of the online documentation.
PFTrack maintains a log file with useful information which can be examined in-app by clicking the Log Button in the toolbar. This file is also stored on disk, and can be found in your documents folder at:
/Users/USERNAME/Documents/The Pixel Farm/PFTrack/
User support and training
User Support tools are built directly into PFTrack, and can be accessed by clicking the button at the top-left of the PFTrack interface.
This will open the User Support window, where support tickets can be created to assist with any operational issues in the software. Please note that you must have a PFUser account in order to access in-app support.
Online training courses are also available at the PFAcademy.
