The Pixel Farm's support teams will help you get up and running with The Pixel Farm's applications through technical support. Access to technical support expires 12 month after the last purchase or upgrade.
Technical support does not cover training or instructions on how to perform a specific task in our applications and is exclusively provided directly through the tech support tool in PFManager.
If you require technical support, click the Tech support button. The Support screen will show a list of your account's existing open and closed tickets. Tickets coloured in blue have unread messages.
