Once a tech support ticket has been submitted, it will be examined by a member of The Pixel Farm's support team to decide on the validity of the support request. During that time, the Status column in the tickets table will show Submitted
When a ticket has been accepted, you will be able to send and receive messages about the ticket in the integrated direct messaging system. A tech support ticket works like common messaging apps. Click Reply and type your message into the text box, then click Send to send the message.
In some cases, we may need additional files to help us fix the issue. The Upload File panel in the tech support tool allows you to submit additional files to your tech support ticket.
File Type: The kind of file you are going to upload. Options are
Screenshot/Movie: A screenshot or screen capture movie illustrating the issue.
PFManager Log: Will automatically select PFManager's log file for upload.
Other: Other material that may help identify the technical issue.
Select File: Locate the file on your hard drive.
Cancel: Do not upload the file and close the panel.
Upload: Upload the selected file.
