Don’t worry, any supporting files you send us will be accessed by The Pixel Farm support team and will not be shared with anybody else without your permission. 1. Upload a file to the message thread within the active support ticket by clicking on this button
2. From this screen browse and select the file you wish to upload by clicking on the browse file button in the middle of the screen.
3. Once you have selected the file you wish to upload, the file path and size will be displayed.
Click the upload button to begin uploading your file(s).
4. After file upload, you will see the ‘Upload Complete’ confirmation. Return to the message thread where your file will be automatically attached.
