Scheduled server upgrades 30/11/2018

We will be performing upgrade work on our servers on 30 November between 10am and 12am GMT. During that time, PFManager’s support services will be unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Scheduled server maintenance

We will be performing planned server maintenance on our servers on 30 October. The PFAccount portal will be unavailable for approximately 3 hours from 2pm GMT.

Urgent energy supply repairs

Connectivity issues ended

Our service provider has resolved their network issues and services are back to normal.

Network connectivity issues

We are experiencing network problems and have now switched some servers to a backup connection. For the time being you will be unable to log into your PFAccount in PFManager. We are working hard to resolve these issues.

Upcoming server maintenance

Our web services will be offline for essential upgrades for approximately 2 hours from 11am BST on August 29.

PFAccount portal upgrade
