Scheduled Maintenance Work
We will be performing upgrade work on our servers on Thursday 11th July between 10am and 12pm GMT. During this time you will be unable to log in using PFManager or PFBucket to assign or release entitlements. Support ticketing will also be unavailable during this time, as will login to the PFAccount admin hub and the PFAcademy.
Update 12:17pm GMT: all services are now available again.
Scheduled Maintenance Work
Both the PFAcademy and PFAccount Admin Portal will be offline fort a short while on Wednesday June 12th from 10am GMT onwards whilst we carry out some maintenance work.

Academy form submission outage
The external service providing Academy quiz form submissions is currently experiencing an outage.
Update at 15:10 GMT: Service has been restored.

Power Outage
We are currently experiencing a power outage that is preventing access to our servers. During this time users will be unable to log into their PFAccount in PFManager, or use PFManager’s In-App Support Tools.
Update, Feb 25th 11.09am GMT: Power has now been restored and our servers are back online. Apologies for any disruption that was caused during this period
Scheduled Maintenance Work
We will be bringing the PFAccount Portal (https://pfaccount-thepixelfarm.co.uk) offline on Wednesday afternoon (February 13th) from 2pm GMT whilst we carry out some maintenance work. We expect the portal to be available again by 4pm
Maintenance work completed
Maintenance work on our servers has been completed after a serious network failure on Friday afternoon. We thank you for your patience whilst these issues were being resolved, and apologise again for any inconvenience that was caused
