Useful information about the open project is displayed above the central console and displays Project Details, Project Metadata and Project Notes.
The Project Details panel contains the following information:
Name: The project name
Path: The directory path where project files are stored
Created by: The version of the software used to create the project
Created on: The date when the project was created
Last saved by: The version of the software last used to save the project to disk
Last saved on: The date when the project was last saved
Disk usage: The total amount of disk used by the project directory
Tags: The tags associated with the project
No. of clips: The number of clips in the project
The Project Metadata contains a breakdown of how much disk space is being used by various nodes in the project. If a project is using a large amount of disk space, this can help to illustrate which nodes are contributing most to the overall disk usage. The node type is displayed in the left column, and the disk space used by the node metadata on the right.
Notes can be added to the project if required, simply by typing in the Project Notes edit box. Once the Enter key is pressed, the notes will be saved automatically in the project file.
